Core Subjects: Hospital Planning & Design, Medical Laws & Ethics (Medico-legal cases), Epidemiology, Health Economics, and Quality Management (NABH/JCI standards).
Practical Exposure:
Residency-style Training: Students are not just classroom learners; they have rotational postings in the Chhatrapati Shivaji Subharti Hospital (CSSH).
Control Room Duty: Students work in the Hospital Coordination Room and administrative offices (Medical Superintendent's office), handling real-time issues like patient grievances, bed management, and emergency coordination.
Night Duties: The program includes night shifts to train students in managing hospital operations 24/7.
Eligibility
The course welcomes a diverse group of graduates who wish to enter healthcare management:
Medical/Ayush Graduates: MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS.
Allied Health Graduates: B.Sc. Nursing, B.Pharma, BPT, B.Sc. MLT/RIT/OTT.
General Graduates: B.Sc. (Life Sciences), BBA, or BCA with at least 50% marks (relaxation for reserved categories).
