Why ARU?
  • Gain the leadership, sustainability, and digital skills needed to drive change in the global agri-food sector
  • Explore regenerative business models and circular economy thinking to build more resilient and sustainable food systems
  • Apply your knowledge to real-world challenges through case studies, live projects and industry collaboration
  • Lead digital transformation with a people-first mindset, tackling skills gaps and promoting inclusive innovation
  • Study at ARU Writtle’s unique agri-focused campus, with deep industry links and a legacy of agricultural excellence.
This innovative MBA in Agribusiness equips future leaders with the strategic thinking, sustainability insight, and digital fluency needed to thrive in a sector undergoing rapid transformation.

As climate change, resource scarcity and global food insecurity challenge traditional systems, they also unlock vast opportunities for innovation, impact and growth. You’ll learn to navigate these complexities with a systems-based approach, developing the leadership skills essential for shaping a regenerative, circular economy that supports both people and planet.

You'll examine the resilience of supply chains, highlighted during the pandemic, and explore the growing demand for sustainable, efficient and accountable business strategies. The course will help you understand how digital and technological tools are enabling greater transparency, collaboration and decision-making across the agri-food value chain, while enhancing corporate sustainability credentials.

As the digital transformation continues to accelerate, you’ll also engage with the social and organisational challenges it brings, including digital skills gaps, inequality and inclusion. You'll explore how to design digital strategies that put people first, focusing on reskilling, upskilling and supporting consumers as they adapt to new technologies.

This MBA meets the growing global demand for skilled, purpose-driven managers who can lead through complexity and change. It prepares you to understand both the risks and the monumental opportunities that the Fourth Agricultural Revolution presents and to help shape the future of agribusiness.
