As an MBA Educational Leadership and Management student you’ll be able to study while working. The course is designed to be flexible so you can study when it is convenient for you and access personalised support through regular tutorial updates.

The assignments are all designed as ‘live briefs’, which means that you can use them as opportunities to draw on and enhance your day-to-day working practices, thinking and applying the learning from the MBA course in real-time.

Whether you work in the UK or overseas, are already employed in a leadership or management role, or are taking on additional responsibilities in your teaching/lecturing role, our six core modules will be relevant for your career.

The distance learning elements of the course are all interactive. You’ll have opportunities to take part in online discussions about key topics with fellow students and course tutors and use a broad range of learning materials including text, audio, and video as well as eBooks and eJournals. We'll also help you develop your skills in accessing, producing, and making appropriate use of relevant research literature.

Throughout the MBA, you’ll have a high level of one-to-one support from a dedicated tutor, and access to teaching and learning methods that give you the widest possible exposure to a modern, innovative higher education experience.

After competing our MBA, Simon Preston became Head of Maths and ICT in a special education school in Birmingham and also launched a business to help companies implement neurodiversity inclusion initiatives. He was runner-up in our Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2023.
