The Master of Human Resource Management (with specialisations) course provides the breadth and depth of HR knowledge that contemporary professionals require, presenting the latest in HR management best practice to deliver benefits for individuals and organisations. Students can gain skills to progress their career and become an asset to their workplace as they apply their increased knowledge and capabilities. To ensure the course content remains relevant and up to date, our academics receive specialist advice from the Master of Human Resource Management Advisory Committee, consisting of senior executives working in senior HR roles. Study one subject a session or, with approval, fast-track your degree by studying two or more subjects in a session. For entry to the Master of Human Resource Management applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent).  Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management on the basis of prior post secondary study, professional attainment and/or work experience.  Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate, students will then be eligible for admission to the Master Human Resource Management and receive credit for applicable subjects.
