The Bachelor of Policing (Investigations) is a course intended for police, and officers in law enforcement agencies with a policing focus, to enhance your professional policing practice and knowledge.Designed for serving police officers who intend pursuing a career in investigation, enrolment in the program is restricted to those officers in policing, or other relevant organisations, who are designated as 'detective' or who are working towards that qualification in their organisation. Students of this course upgrade on their knowledge and skills of law enforcement with structured content that is directly relevant to current policing activities. The course aims to enhance your capabilities by building upon your existing knowledge of investigative practice and procedure. It is designed to complement existing in-service investigation programs or their equivalent. The course aims to foster critical reflection upon the ethical, legal and practical issues that impact upon criminal investigation.

Applicants for the Bachelor of Policing (Investigations) must meet the following Admission Requirements:

* Applicants must have successfully completed the Diploma of Policing (CSU), or the Diploma of Applied Policing (CSU), or the Diploma of Policing Practice (CSU), or the Associate Degree in Policing Practice (CSU), or the Diploma of Public Safety (Policing) (PUA50212), or a recognised law enforcement recruit training program in their jurisdiction.
 
AND

* Applicants must also have completed or be undertaking the Advanced Diploma in Public Safety (Police Investigations) (PUA60312) or its equivalent detective training or education program in another jurisdiction.

Minimum CSU English Language Proficiency Requirements apply.
