The Bachelor of Applied Science (Outdoor Recreation and Ecotourism) prepares students to lead a wide range of outdoor education and recreation activities. This degree lets students tailor their studies to their interests and, if they choose, undertake a Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation in partnership with Wodonga TAFE.When they study outdoor recreation and ecotourism, students will graduate with the skills to share our unique natural environment with others while respecting and protecting cultural and environmental diversity. This degree focuses on field instruction and real-world situations. You'll have opportunities to undertake expeditions to areas such as the Australian Alps, Mungo National Park and the Sturt Desert. You could also complete practical placements anywhere from the Tasmanian wilderness to Australia's far north.

A completed Tertiary Preparation Course from an Australian University or an accredited provider demonstrating a reasonable prospect of success through the Grade Point Average (GPA) gained in these studies.
