Admission requirements

60+
Candidates should possess a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or their approved equivalent with five (5) credit passes, obtained in not more than two sittings, in Mathematics, English Language, Physics and two other subjects from the following: Technical Drawing, Fine-Arts, Geography, Chemistry, Biology, Further Mathematics, Economics, Building Construction and Land Surveying. A candidate with academic Master’s degree (M.Sc/M.Tech) in Architecture, with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of not less than 3.50 on 5.00 point scale or weighted average score of 60% from a recognized University shall be eligible for admission into the Ph.D programme. In addition to the above qualification requirements, candidates shall be required to participate in a postgraduate screening exercise to qualify for admission. Ph.D Architecture is a minimum 6-semesters degree programme.
