B.S. in Career and Technical Education - Family and Consumer Science Education

The career and technical education program prepares students to teach high school business, family and consumer sciences, and industrial technology students. Students who graduate with an emphasis in family and consumer sciences are prepared and certified to teach classes in human development/child development; interpersonal and family relationships and parenting; consumer and resource management; housing, interior furnishings, and living environments; food and nutrition, food service, and hospitality and clothing, textiles and fashion.
