The Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition includes research, course work in advanced nutrition, statistics, seminars, and appropriate selections from one or more of the following areas: biochemistry, physiology, anthropology, immunology, epidemiology, psychology, or sociology. Students in this program must meet the requirements of the university and of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The program is available under either Plan A (with thesis) or Plan B (without thesis). The student must complete at 30 credits.
