After passing the entrance exams, an invitation to obtain an entry student visa is issued through the electronic portal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic https://e-visa.gov.kg. Upon arrival, each doctoral student signs an agreement with the university, which specifies their rights and obligations. The agreement is concluded at the beginning of the academic year.

4. Documents required for admission to the PhD program/by profile:
1) an application addressed to the rector of the university;
2) a notarized copy of your higher education diploma;
3) a certificate from the authorized state body in the field of education and science of the Kyrgyz Republic confirming the level and content of educational documents issued by foreign educational institutions.
Passport or military ID (for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic) must be presented in person when submitting the application.
