NORMATIVE TERM OF STUDY AND LABOUR INTENSITY OF THE
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME
1 .
Requirements to the level of education of applicants. An entrant at admission
to the bachelor's/speciality programme must have one of the following
documents:
- certificate of secondary
general education;
- Diploma of primary
vocational education (if a document of secondary general education is
available);
- diploma of secondary
vocational education;
- a diploma of higher
professional education.
2 .
When implementing an educational programme in accordance with this educational
standard within a given field of study, higher education at the
bachelor/specialist level can be mastered in the following forms: (list the necessary)
- full-time;
- part-time .

The total labour intensity of the educational programme in the
direction/specialty 600200 Tourism of Bachelor's training is 240 credit
units regardless of the form of education, applied educational technologies, in
case of awarding dual qualification, network education (implementation of the educational
programme (direction/profiles) by several educational organisations),
individual study plan of the student, including accelerated type of education.
A dual qualification is
awarded when an educational programme is implemented at the junction of two
educational standards of directions/specialties, and the labour intensity of
the educational programme is increased by the amount of not less than 60
credits, the study period is extended by not less than 1 (one) year.
4 .
The standard period of full-time study is 4 years for a Bachelor, including
holidays provided after passing the state final certification .
5 .
When implementing the educational programme in part-time (evening), distance
and correspondence forms of education, regardless of the educational
technologies used, the established normative term of mastering shall be
increased by 1 (one) year in relation to the established normative term of
mastering in full-time education.
6 .
At the part-time (evening) form of education the volume of classroom training
shall be not less than 16 hours per week.
7 .
The norms of the duration of education according to the student's individual
study plan are determined on the basis of the internal normative acts of the
educational organisation on academic policy and organisation of the educational
process.
8 . When organising the
educational process with the use of credit technology of education, the volume
of each academic discipline is a whole number of academic credits. The labour
intensity of all types of academic work in the curriculum is indicated in ECTS
credits. 1 (one) academic credit is equal to 30
academic hours of academic work of the student (including classroom,
independent work and all types of certification). Duration of the academic hour
is 45 minutes.
9 .
The labour intensity of a full-time Bachelor's degree programme for an academic
year is not less than 60 credits and one academic term is not less than 30
credits.
10. The labour intensity of
Bachelor's degree programmes in full-time (evening) and part-time forms of
education with the application of various distance learning technologies for
one academic year is not less than 48 credits.
11. Term of study in the
implementation of accelerated programmes educational organization determines
the results of re-certification (re-credit) fully or partially the results of
training in individual disciplines (modules) and / or individual types of
training in the workplace, mastered (passed) by the student in obtaining
previous education.
12. Persons who have an SES of
the relevant profile or higher education, the educational organisation provides
the right to master the educational programme on accelerated programmes, taking
into account the recognition of the results of previous education and training.
13. When using online
and distance forms of education, it is not allowed to organise all types of
practices and final state certification in online and distance forms.
