The goal of the Bachelor of Theology program is to develop personal, general cultural, and professional competencies aimed at solving theological, spiritual, moral, and pedagogical problems. The program consists of 240 credit units, including mandatory academic courses, practical classes, and the state final examination. The program's mandatory courses include: philosophy of religion, pedagogy, psychology, national and universal human values, Kyrgyz, Russian, and foreign languages, history of religions, the Quran and Tajwid, Hadith studies, Kalam, Tafsir studies, and others. Practical training includes teaching, project work, analytical and expert work, cultural and educational activities, consulting, and research.
The program is designed to train specialists capable of working in religious organizations, educational and cultural institutions, and conducting research in the field of theology.
