The Sinology program is typically built around several pillars that help students gain a comprehensive understanding of China.

Chinese language is studied not only as a means of communication, but also as a key to understanding the Chinese mentality and culture. The study of Chinese history, from ancient dynasties to modern events, helps us understand how the country arrived at its current state.

The curriculum also includes the study of art, literature, traditions, religion, and ethical teachings—everything that forms the Chinese identity. Furthermore, an in-depth look into the economics, politics, social processes, and international relations of contemporary China enables graduates to effectively navigate their future professional careers.
