Educational standard for training specialists in direction 530300 Psychology was developed taking into account the requirements of higher professional education and approved by order of the rector of Osh State University.

The independently developed educational standard at Osh State University (hereinafter referred to as the educational standard) is equal to state educational standards, has a unified structure of requirements for higher professional education and allows them to perform their functions in terms of ensuring the unity and quality of education, objectivity of control, and also establishes specific requirements for the development of the educational program being implemented. The requirements for the conditions and results of mastering the main educational programs established by this educational standard are not lower than the requirements of state educational standards.

The educational standard was developed with the participation of the following parties :

            - Representatives of domestic universities: Osh State University, Institute of Pedagogy, Arts and Journalism, Head of   Department, Associate Professors and Lecturers of the Department of Psychology; Associate Professor of the cycle of psychological and pedagogical disciplines of the Industrial and Pedagogical College; Associate Professor of the cycle of therapeutic disciplines of the Medical College; Associate Professors of the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel of the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn; Senior Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Osh State Pedagogical University named after A. Myrsabekov.

- Representatives of foreign universities: Head of the Department of Psychology , Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor of the Fergana State University; Associate Professor of the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami; Head of the Department, Professor of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov; PhD Doctor of Budapest University ( ELTE ) named after Lorand E. Tvösh ;

            Employers and graduates : Director of the Multifunctional Center for Family and Children Support at the Osh City Hall; Psychologist of the non-governmental organization “DIA” in Osh; Director of the Psychological Assistance Center “Harmony”; Director of the Crisis Center “Aruulan”; Teacher-Psychologist of the V. Tereshkova Boarding School in Osh.

            Representatives of scientific organizations and academic structures, state and public organizations : rector, professor of the Kyrgyz-Russian Academy of Education (KRAE); vice-president, director of the Republican Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Pedagogical Workers under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic,

Associate Professor of the Kyrgyz Academy of Education.

This educational standard has been developed on the basis of Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 243 "On measures to improve the potential and competitiveness of educational organizations of higher professional education of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated July 18, 2022, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 654 "On Amending Certain Decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Granting Special Status to State Higher Education Institutions" dated  November 21, 2022, "On Amending Certain Resolutions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on Granting Special Status to State Higher Education Institutions" dated February 5, 2024 No. 45, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Education" dated August 11, 2023, On Approval of the Layout of the State Educational Standard for Primary, Secondary and Higher Professional Education Kyrgyz Republic dated July 8, 2024 No. 371, the national qualifications system, the national qualifications framework, the European Qualifications System, sectoral qualifications frameworks, professional standards in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Charter of Osh State University and regulatory and local documents in force at the time of approval of the educational standard.
The procedure for the development, approval and amendment of this standard is regulated by the “Regulations on the development , approval and amendment of educational standards at Osh State University”.
