The Master in Migration Studies program aims to educate researchers who tackle the migration phenomenon from a transdisciplinary standpoint, employing theoretical frameworks and methodologies drawn from disciplines such as Law, International Relations, Psychology, Economics, and Sociology. Specific objectives include: developing new theoretical interpretations of human mobility for the elaboration of analyses that discover new profiles, routes, modalities, causalities, and other phenomena related to migration, which allow to broaden the explanatory horizon and complement it with new categories of analysis; proposing innovative management practices through the analysis, evaluation and design of programs, projects, and policies for the protection of migrants, supported by scientific knowledge; AND elaborating transdisciplinary analyses of the migratory phenomenon.
