Specific objectives include: nurturing a new cohort of leaders and policymakers who translate their visions into actionable initiatives, capable of devising innovative solutions that enhance social welfare and equity; cultivating critical analytical skills pertinent to comprehending the complexities of public policy challenges; furnishing students with theoretical, technical, and applied proficiencies, along with essential methodologies to design, execute, and assess public policies across local, national, and international domains; cultivating professionals of distinction, characterized by innovation and ethical integrity, equipped with comprehensive knowledge encompassing the fundamental aspects, phases, and approaches to theoretical and applied public policy analysis; collaboratively generate research that informs policy design across the primary domains of the master’s in public policy: Social Policy; Territorial Policy and Sustainable Development; Management and Economics of the Public Sector; playing a pivotal role in positioning our students as influential leaders and decision-makers within the public sector or social entities that shape societal outcomes; AND instilling a commitment to public service among our graduates, thereby contributing to the realization of a fairer, more inclusive, productive, and peaceful society.
