They will engage in educational, preventive, and intervention efforts that align with the contemporary societal needs, drawing from a robust understanding of interdisciplinary models, theories, and strategies. Specific objectives include: identifying the root causes, impacts, and potential remedies for conflict, integrating contextual diagnoses and examining theories and intervention frameworks related to violence, reconciliation, justice, and peace; utilizing critical thinking skills and discernment resources to guide promotion, prevention, and intervention activities, underpinned by a peacebuilding ethos; designing and assessing educational and intervention programs aimed at fostering peace and facilitating positive conflict resolution; AND cultivating competencies in communication, teamwork, resilience, self-care, inclusivity, and leadership, essential for effective engagement in education and peacebuilding endeavors.
