Participate in the establishment of an integrated health system in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization and the work on the development of manpower.
Build partnerships with universities that encourage the development of new technologies for the Advancement of Medicine.
Conduct ongoing research programs directed mainly to cope with the problems and the health needs of the community.
