The Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department was established in the academic year 2012-2013 after changing the old distribution of the college departments. Chemistry for the pharmacist is the basis of all knowledge that accumulates in his mind.  The pharmacist work after completing his study is to deal with drugs and its structure which is chemical materials after all. The word chemist in English means a pharmacist as well. Pharmaceutical chemistry branch includes analytical chemistry, organic chemistry I, II and III, inorganic pharmaceutical chemistry, organic pharmaceutical chemistry I, II, III and IV, and advanced pharmaceutical analysis. These ten subjects in total, which includes in addition to the theoretical, practical laboratories, provide students with pharmaceutical chemistry information and expertise necessary for the construction of his scientific character especially from the chemical side.

Admission Requirements

  • Adopting the admission requirements for students in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (central admission).
  • Approval of the personal interview for the students by the Dean of the College and the assistants.
  • To be fit for a medical examination.
  • Student average in high school.
  • The absorptive capacity of the college.
