Facilitate the students to apply scientific techniques in solving problems and daily life situations and develop their capabilities to analyze these techniques and the criteria used accordingly.
Encourage the students to pursue higher studies and acquire latest developments in the psychological and educational science and research.
Offering psychological, educational, guidance and vocational services for the students and citizens of the Governorate.
