The nonprofit organizational development concentration will prepare students to work with tax exempt nonprofit organizations and informal community based groups that serve a charitable purpose for the public good. The concentration includes the study of the historical development of nonprofits in the US that enable students to understand the unique aspects of nonprofits and their growing importance and impact on our society. It provides students with a knowledge base for aspiring nonprofit organizational leaders and proven competencies for practicing professionals in the nonprofit sector.  The Graduate Certificate in Personal and Family Financial Planning (open to non-majors) The Personal and Family Financial Planning (PFFP) program provides a career path to students interested in Family wellbeing. One of the clear dimensions for family wellbeing is that of family finances (e.g. net worth).
