Admission to the degree requires: a bachelor's degree with a credit average (65 percent) from the University of Sydney, or an equivalent qualification.; or a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney, or an equivalent qualification; and the applicant provides evidence of two years of relevant professional experience. Students who do not hold a law degree from a common law jurisdiction must also complete the unit of study, LAWS6252 Legal Reasoning & the Common Law System.
