This combined degree provides a comprehensive understanding of the economy, business and government, and the high-level technical skills to analyse economic and social data and events. The Bachelor of Economics provides knowledge in economic theory and statistics. Students will complete at least one major from economics, agricultural and resource economics, financial economics or econometrics. All students will also complete a second major from the shared pool, creating a study profile that reflects their expertise in a range of disciplines. In the final year, students will also undertake advanced coursework and a community, industry, research or entrepreneurship project that builds on the skills and knowledge developed in the Bachelor of Economics.

A secondary education qualification such as the NSW Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents), OR approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses.
