Bachelor of Science in Sport Management

The Bachelor of Science in Sport Management is intended for students who plan to pursue careers in sport-oriented organizations such as professional sports teams, collegiate athletic departments, sport media networks, sport marketing firms, recreational sport organizations, and more. Focused on the business of sport, the program offers coursework in facility and event management, economics of sports, sports analytics, ticket sales, fundraising, corporate sponsorships, sports contracts, legal foundations of Title IX, digital media in sport, sport journalism and more. Our faculty is proficient in both research and practice - they have done what you want to do already. The program is offered as either a four-year program with one cooperative education experience or as a five-year program with three cooperative education experiences.
