The admission process is organized in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and is open to both local and international students.

General Admission Requirements

  1. Educational Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate Programs: Applicants must hold a high school diploma.
    • Graduate Programs: A relevant bachelor’s degree is required.
    • Doctoral Programs: A master’s degree is required for admission.
  2. Language Proficiency:
    • If the program is taught in Azerbaijani, applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the language.
    • For international students, preparatory language courses are available.
    • Applicants must present an IELTS score of at least 5.5 or a TOEFL score of at least 65. If these certificates are not available, the university conducts an internal language proficiency test.

Required Documents

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

  • Completed application form.
  • Academic transcripts and diplomas (notarized copies).
  • A valid passport or ID card (notarized copy).
  • Health certificate.
  • Six (6) passport-sized photos (3x4 cm).

Admission Process

  1. Submission of Documents: Applicants must submit all required documents within the specified timeframe.
  2. Language or Academic Assessment: The university’s specialists evaluate language proficiency, and in some cases, applicants may need to pass an interview or an entrance exam.
