Scientific Research:
- Analyze research in bibliography and apply advancements in technology and foreign practices in the field (PK-1)
- Organize and manage academic events such as conferences and seminars (PK-2)
- Prepare and edit academic publications (PK-3)
Pedagogical:
- Conduct lectures and seminars (PK-4)
- Implement teaching and research methods (PK-5)
Organizational and Administrative:
- Utilize modern methods for collecting and processing information (PK-6)

4.2. Minimum Educational Content Requirements:
The curriculum is divided into multiple subject blocks, each contributing to the development of knowledge, skills, and competencies, and offering a total of 120 credits.

7. Final State Certification and Evaluation
7.1. State Certification:
The final certification consists of the defense of the master's thesis. Requirements for the thesis content, structure, and defense procedures are determined by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
7.2. Student assessments are conducted based on the regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
7.3. Upon successful completion, graduates are awarded a master's degree and a state-issued diploma.
