The master’s program in Information Technologies and Systems Engineering is
designed in accordance with the Law on Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
state higher education standards, and relevant regulations for postgraduate education.
The program prepares highly qualified specialists capable of conducting
scientific research, developing information technologies, and applying them
