Apply methods of competition regulation and protection against anti-competitive agreements and unfair competition in modern economic conditions, skills of respect for fundamental rights in the field of economic activity and the inadmissibility of restricting competition

To compare categories of economic concentration, to distinguish the features of the control of economic concentration with the participation of certain categories of economic entities, to establish the procedure for considering applications for consent to transactions and other actions subject to state control

Analyze the content of agreements in competition law, antimonopoly requirements for horizontal and vertical agreements, agreements in certain areas of economic activity, carry out coordinated actions and coordination of economic activities

To evaluate the general characteristics of the antimonopoly legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts on the protection of competition

Identify signs of unfair competition, use classification approaches, identify facts of unfair competition related to the use of information in the field of intellectual property, have the skills to implement legal protection and legal liability for unfair competition

To review cases of violation of antimonopoly legislation, to analyze the types of acts adopted by the commission for consideration of cases of violation of antimonopoly legislation

To develop documents on antimonopoly regulation in certain sectors of the economy such as: antimonopoly regulation in the electric power industry, in the fuel and energy complex, in communications, transport, in the housing construction market, to draw up agreements on non-competition under the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
