The healthcare landscape is shifting from reactive treatment to proactive, preventive care. There is also a growing emphasis on patient-centred care, where individuals are empowered to take an active role in managing their own health using wearables, personalised data, tailored interventions and more accessible digital services. Start-ups and innovators are at the forefront of this change, developing ground-breaking technologies and lifestyle-focused tools that are redefining how we manage health and deliver care.
