training a psychologist with general and special competencies in the field of
modern organizational and economic psychology, HR management, social

self-development and mental health. Program features. The educational and professional program is aimed
at the formation of general and special (professional) competencies defined by
the standard of higher education for the first (bachelor’s) level in specialty
053 “Psychology” approved by
the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine from 24.04.2019 № 565. The program focuses on the integration of
knowledge in practical psychology to ensure effective activities in this field
and reveals the prospects for training psychological professionals, taking into
account the peculiarities of the modern market of psychological services.
