sociological research, social monitoring of society, and organising the work of
sociological services within enterprises, institutions, and organisations of various
forms of ownership. Graduates of the Sociology programme can work in state
management bodies, local and regional self-government bodies, political parties,
marketing and advertising agencies, PR agencies, research centres, public
organisations, and the media (newspapers, radio, television, online publications).
Attestation is carried out in the form of a public defence of the qualification
thesis. The qualification thesis should involve solving a complex specialised task or
practical social problem, which requires the application of basic sociological theories
and methods, and should be characterised by complexity and uncertainty of conditions.
The qualification thesis must not contain academic plagiarism, falsification or copying.
The qualification thesis must be published on the official website or in the repository
