Sustainable Energy Engineering is a Bachelor of Engineering programme where students learn to develop and design sustainable energy systems such as wind turbines, solar cells, and biofuels. The programme focuses on climate-neutral energy production and optimizing energy consumption – in other words, how energy can be produced and used in a greener way.

Students gain fundamental knowledge of thermal and electrical energy engineering, mathematics, and physics, and work with current topics like energy storage, biomass, and power-to-x. Towards the end, students will do an internship, providing practical experience and a network in the energy sector.
