Do you want to make a difference in the business world and solve specific business economic issues? Then you are well equipped with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (HA) from Aalborg University Business School (AAUBS). You learn to create value and gain solid theoretical and practical knowledge about companies and their work. 'HA' is also an abbreviation for the education's former name: the Business School's Graduation Exam.
As a student at HA, you will work closely with the Danish business community, and you will gain skills that are in demand in both the private and public sectors. You are trained in thinking value creation financially, strategically, financially and organizationally in both the individual company and across different industries. You will be taught on the basis of the latest research and get your fingers in the cake dough through project work.  You will experience a different everyday life than you are used to from, for example, high school, where you have to manage your time to a greater extent. In the different semesters you will get acquainted with teaching, exercises, workshops and project work. As a student of Business Administration, you also have good conditions for an active social life with the opportunity to participate in various social and professional associations.

Aalborg University offers interdisciplinary studies where bachelor courses (basic study programmes) are followed by masters and Ph.D. courses (subsequent specialisation). The university offers 10 different undergraduate programmes in English across five faculties:

  • The Faculty of Humanities
  • The Technical Faculty of IT and Design
  • The Faculty of Social Sciences
  • The Faculty of Engineering and Science
  • The Faculty of Medicine


Each of the five faculties has its own schools with full time bachelor education spanning over three years and designed to prepare students for master and Ph.D. education at a high academic and international level. Since the Ph.D. programmes are focussed on training researchers, students are researching independently and being actively involved in Aalborg’s research community.
