This program is a specialty in the field of "Business and
Management", which covers a set of methods and techniques for teaching
specialized subjects in all educational institutions, conducting scientific
research activities in the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan
and branch scientific research institutes, centers, scientific production
associations, and solving complex issues related to the organization and
management of accounting in enterprises of various forms of ownership,
non-governmental and non-profit organizations, central and local government
bodies, small businesses and private entrepreneurship. It provides advanced
training in mathematics and statistics used in the financial sector, as well
as thorough mastery of legal, economic and business aspects related to the
financial sector, as well as information technology tools used in the
practical field. Special attention is also paid to the formation of
professional skills within the framework of the course - this is carried out
through seminars and internships held in the master's program. Internships
are held in state and non-state higher education institutions located in the
region. The course provides the knowledge and skills necessary not only for
employment in the above-mentioned areas, but also for continuing scientific
research through doctoral studies. Specialists who complete this course are
prepared to work in the following areas: - Accountant, economist in state and
non-state organizations, enterprises and institutions, companies (firms),
insurance organizations and commercial banks. - Pedagogical activity in
higher education, retraining and advanced training, professional educational
institutions. In professional educational institutions, they have the right
to engage in pedagogical activity in teaching general and specialized
subjects determined by the authorized governing bodies of education. -
Scientific and research activities and processes in the Academy of Sciences
and branch scientific research institutes and centers, as well as in higher
educational institutions; accounting and management processes in state and
local authorities, economic and financial bodies; - economic sectors,
production and non-production complexes, associations of various forms of
ownership, corporations, concerns, firms, companies, holdings,processes of
organizing and managing accounting services in production associations; -
processes of analyzing indicators of the financial condition of economic
entities; - processes of conducting strategic management accounting in
economic entities; - processes of conducting scientific and practical
research, theoretical and practical analysis, and modeling in the field of
accounting; - processes of conducting scientific and practical research,
theoretical and practical analysis in the field of accounting, economic
analysis, and auditing.

Admission Requirements

Admission of students to full-time education in higher
educational institutions is carried out by the State Commission for Admission
to Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the
rating system of points accumulated according to the results of entrance
exams and test tests. Admission of foreign citizens to a master's degree is
carried out on the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the
Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 4, 2008 No. 169 "On improving the
procedure for admission and training of foreign citizens to educational
institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and international treaties
of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Applicants who do not have the average score
(GPA) in the bachelor's diploma supplement and a certificate of knowledge of
a foreign language for submitting documents cannot submit documents to a
master's degree. For this direction, it is necessary to obtain a national
certificate of at least level B2 or an international certificate of an
equivalent level - at least 5.5 points on IELTS.
