This program is a direction in the field of "Business and
Management" education, which aims to provide the necessary knowledge and
skills related to public finance, finance of economic entities, household
finance, state budget, local budget, social security, budget financing,
treasury, public procurement, state target funds, financial planning,
financial control, financial market operations, financial risk management,
finance of joint-stock companies, the mechanism of operation of financial-industrial
groups and transnational companies, finance of holding companies, finance of
limited liability companies, finance of joint ventures, organization of
activities in the securities market, organization of mutual settlements,
management of financial resources of corporate structures. This course
provides advanced training in mathematics and statistics used in the fields
of finance and financial technologies, as well as a thorough mastery of
legal, economic and business aspects related to the field of finance and
financial technologies, as well as information technology tools used in the
practical field. Special attention is also paid to the formation of
professional skills within the course - this is carried out through seminars
and internships held in the bachelor's program. Internships are held in state
and non-state organizations engaged in and supervising financial activities,
professional firms and consulting companies located in the region. The course
provides not only the opportunity to find employment in the above-mentioned
areas, but also the knowledge and skills necessary to continue scientific
research through master's and doctoral studies. Specialists who complete this
course are prepared to work in the following areas: - the Ministry of Economy
and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its structural and territorial
divisions; - organizations engaged in the management of state financial
resources; - state and non-state organizations engaged in and supervising
financial activities; - budgetary organizations; - state trust funds; -
organizations, institutions engaged in investment activities; - State Tax
Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial departments; -
State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial
departments; - Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, commercial
banks,non-bank organizations providing services to individuals and legal
entities, entities engaged in money circulation, cash, settlement activities;
- state-owned enterprises; - legal entities with a state share of 5% or more
in the authorized fund (authorized capital); - crypto exchanges; - insurance
companies; - electronic payment systems; - e-commerce entities; - leasing
companies; - stock exchanges and over-the-counter markets, investment funds
and companies, depositories, companies providing investment brokerage
services, currency exchanges, commodity exchanges; - financial and industrial
groups; - transnational corporations; - joint-stock companies; - rating
agencies; - bodies and organizations exercising financial supervision; -
state bodies regulating the financial market; - financial consulting firms; -

Admission of students to full-time education in higher
educational institutions is carried out by the State Commission for Admission
to Educational Organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the
rating system of points accumulated based on the results of entrance exams
