This program is a specialty in the field of education
"Business and Management" and covers the teaching of specialized
subjects in all educational institutions, conducting scientific research
activities in the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and
branch scientific research institutes, centers, scientific production
associations, managing public finances, regulating financial relations,
budget and tax policy, effective organization of local budget management
mechanisms, regulating the activities of economic and financial departments,
participation in the preparation of budget estimates of institutions and
organizations in the budget system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The
activities of international financial organizations, investment institutions,
state, commercial, non-profit organizations, financial and credit
organizations, joint ventures, insurance organizations, as well as a set of
tools, methods, techniques and styles of human activity aimed at developing
finance, ensuring its efficiency, determining its prospects, professional
skills, and managerial abilities. It provides advanced training in
mathematics and statistics used in the field of finance, as well as a
thorough mastery of legal, economic and business aspects related to the field
of finance, as well as information technology tools used in the practical
field. Special attention is also paid to the formation of professional skills
within the course - this is carried out through seminars and internships held
in the master's program. Internships are held in state and non-state higher
education institutions located in the region. The course provides not only
the opportunity to find employment in the above areas, but also the knowledge
and skills necessary to continue scientific research through doctoral
studies. Specialists who complete this course are prepared to work in the
following areas: - higher education, retraining and advanced training,
pedagogical activities in professional educational institutions; - scientific
and research activities and processes in the Academy of Sciences, industry
research institutes and centers, and higher educational institutions; - the
Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan,its structural
and territorial divisions; - organizations engaged in the management of state
financial resources; - state and non-state organizations engaged in financial
activities; - state bodies carrying out financial control; - audit
organizations carrying out financial control; - insurance and leasing
companies; - organizations and institutions engaged in investment activities;
- budget organizations; - organizations receiving funds from the budget; -
state trust funds; - Customs Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance
of the Republic of Uzbekistan; - Tax Committee under the Cabinet of Ministers
of the Republic of Uzbekistan; sectors and industries organizing monetary
circulation activities; - departments engaged in cash and settlement
activities; - state bodies regulating the financial market; - professional
participants belonging to the financial market infrastructure; - economic
entities (EEIs) of various ownership and organizational and legal forms; -
currency exchanges, international companies, international financial

Admission Requirements

Admission of students to full-time education in higher
educational institutions is carried out by the State Commission for Admission
to Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the
rating system of points accumulated according to the results of entrance
exams and test tests. Admission of foreign citizens to a master's degree is
carried out on the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the
Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 4, 2008 No. 169 "On improving the
procedure for admission and training of foreign citizens to educational
institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and international treaties
of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Applicants who do not have the average score
(GPA) in the bachelor's diploma supplement and a certificate of knowledge of
a foreign language for submitting documents cannot submit documents to a
master's degree. For this direction, it is necessary to obtain a national
certificate of at least level B2 or an international certificate of an
equivalent level - at least 5.5 points on IELTS.
