General description of the program
This program is conducted over 4 years of full-time study and allows students to become qualified lawyers. The program combines international standards, national legislation and legal practice, and develops practical skills along with theoretical knowledge.
Educational direction and curriculum
The program teaches students the basics of legal theory, the ability to conduct legal analysis, and work with regulatory documents. Classes are organized in the form of lectures, seminars, independent work, and practical exercises. In addition, internships in the courts and bar, notary offices, and law enforcement agencies are also provided. The program covers the following main scientific areas: ✅ Civil law and civil procedural law ✅ Criminal law and criminal procedural law ✅ Administrative law and administrative procedural law ✅ Labor law ✅ Commercial law, financial law, international law ✅ Constitutional law The curriculum provides for a combination of theoretical (lectures, seminars) and practical (simulation, legal clinic, internship) components. In full compliance with the requirements of the National Qualification Framework, graduates are awarded a bachelor's degree (LL.B.).
