It covers a complex set of issues related to teaching specialized subjects in all educational institutions, conducting scientific research activities in the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and branch scientific research institutes, centers, scientific production associations, scientific research activities in areas using mathematical methods and computer technologies, solving various problems using mathematical models of processes and objects and providing their software, conducting research, and providing software and information support for project and design activities. The training of masters in the specialty of applied mathematics education is carried out in the form of full-time education. The duration of study is 2 years.
The main scientific areas studied (Scientific research methodology, Special subject teaching methodology, Skills for applied mathematicians, Theory of differential schemes, Modeling in natural science issues, Computer technologies in mathematical modeling, etc.). During the classes, theoretical and practical components are combined. The curriculum is designed in accordance with national qualification requirements.
