The creation of the Specialty in Chemistry with Teaching Orientation, at the secondary level is necessary to promote quality teaching at the secondary level. This program seeks to fulfill three fundamental functions: instructive, developer and educational. The objective is to strengthen the knowledge of Chemistry as a scientific discipline in teachers, which allows them to develop with quality the curriculum that is taught in the secondary education system. This specialty is aimed at professionals who work as teachers in the area of Chemistry at the secondary level. The participant must pass the Spanish Language and Mathematics tests applied by the MESCYT to enter this specialty. You can take the leveling courses, in case of not passing the test.

Admission Requirements
Documents for admission national degree:
Original grade record indicating academic index, certified by MESCyT.
Copy of the university degree, with the original MESCyT certification.
Two (2) letters of recommendation signed by professors and / or people who can give information about their professional experience.
Curriculum vitae.
Three (3) recent photos: two 2 × 2 size and one 1 × 1 size.
Legalized birth certificate.
Medical certificate.
In case of being a foreigner, work visa.
Copy of identity card, or passport if you are a foreigner.
Payment receipt for the admission fee.
