The Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry for secondary education aims to respond to the current demand of Dominican society for the training of professionals with the necessary skills to meet the demands imposed by today's society, where development revolves around science, research, knowledge, information, and technology. It seeks to provide pedagogical training for Chemistry teachers committed to the country's development, whose social action is comprehensive and respectful of the law, with the ability to influence social change, valuing its historical and cultural processes and aesthetics, as well as respect for diversity and environmental conservation, acting with justice and equity.
The Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry for secondary education has a duration of four (4) years, in accordance with the Regulations of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Dominican Republic. Chapter I. Article 7.
