As one of the preeminent architectural programs in Southeast Asia founded in 1944, the Department of Architecture at NCKU has nurtured several generations of industry leaders specializing in design, construction and planning. Its long list of alumni have actively and directly contributed to Taiwan’s built environment and societal transformation at various scales.
