The educational goal of this department is to cultivate students with professional knowledge and humanistic quality in water conservancy and marine engineering, marine affairs and natural disaster mitigation, as well as leadership, innovation ability and international outlook. The innovative teaching space cultivates students' basic ability of on-site investigation and practice through practical courses such as experiments or internships. The department also strives to improve the teaching equipment of teachers under active efforts to obtain funds The multi-purpose space for research and practice provides students with a good learning space. The main purpose of the physical course is to teach on the spot, so that the theory or theory and practice can be coordinated with each other, so as to achieve the purpose of applying what has been learned or operating.
