Applicants are required to be interviewed and which will be notified by the department, if necessary. Applicants are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate (TOCFL). The English proficiency certificate is not required for applicants whose previous degree is from an English-speaking country (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or the United States of America), but the applicants have to provide their diplomas as proof. Applicants are required to provide an autobiography written in Chinese and English. All new students are REQUIRED to have a health check-up for university enrollment.
