The English proficiency certificate is not required for applicants whose previous degree is from an English-speaking country (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa and the United States of America), but the applicants have to provide their diplomas as proof. All new students are REQUIRED to have a health check-up for university enrollment.

Selected courses taught entirely in English are offered in 27 departments. It has 43 undergraduate programmes, 36 independent graduate institutes and nine degree programmes.
