Vision The Department of Life Sciences aspires to achieve a distinguished position among its counterparts in other college departments, aiming to elevate its graduates to the highest scientific, intellectual, cultural, and ethical standards.
Mission The department strives to equip its graduates to compete effectively in the life sciences job market locally, regionally, and internationally, by meeting the highest scientific, research, and ethical standards, and by fostering their scientific thinking skills and continuous development of their scientific capabilities.
Objectives 1- To offer distinguished, high-quality academic programs that keep pace with advancements in various fields of education, applied sciences, and theoretical sciences. 2- To offer distinguished postgraduate programs that contribute to societal development, qualify researchers, and enhance their methodological, intellectual, and scientific abilities. 3- To prepare qualified teaching staff holding Master's and Doctoral degrees in life sciences, thereby contributing to the department's development and providing other universities with competent faculty. 4- To enhance the quality of educational outcomes and student and community activities. 5- To cultivate a strong Muslim character, preserve identity, and develop the values of patriotism and tolerance among students. 6- To provide consulting and research services.
