KNU named after J.Balasagyn is implementing fallowing directions of Masters 580900 "State and Municipal Administration":
- the purpose of the educational process for the training of personnel possessing competitive professional education for the implementation of activities in the field of public administration and local self-government, as well as the development of personal qualities of undergraduates, their formation of scientific, general cultural and professional competencies in accordance with the requirements of the State Standard of Higher Professional Education in this direction of training.
The field of professional activity of graduates in the direction of training 580900 "State and Municipal Administration" includes: professional service activity of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in the positions of state and municipal service of the Kyrgyz Republic to ensure the execution of the powers of state bodies, local government, persons holding positions in state and municipal organizations and institutions, administrative positions in state and municipal enterprises.
