A minimum of three years' management/ professional experience and ideally an undergraduate degree or relevant professional; qualification.

We also welcome applications from candidates who do not have a degree but who have been identified by their employer as meeting the necessary requirements for the apprenticeship.  These candidates may be asked to an interview meeting with the Programme Director.

Applicants will also need to provide evidence of maths and English Language qualifications at level 2 (GCSE grade C/4 or above).  This is a Government requirement for all apprenticeships.
