Formative:
Regarding the "Being", the specialist is a professional with ethical, social, moral, respect, solidarity and honesty values, competent to assume tasks in an inter and multidisciplinary way to identify and solve complex problems of high level in Orthodontics

Cognitive:
Regarding the "Knowledge", the specialist is provided with basic medical and dental theoretical knowledge at an advanced level to prevent, diagnose, predict and treat in a timely manner the different diseases of dental and craniofacial growth and development. Must handle concepts of occlusion, temporomandibular joint and craniofacial anomalies. And they must have the knowledge of the different orthodontic techniques of diagnosis and treatment plan that help to solve clinical cases with inter and multidisciplinary criteria. Professionals with constant concern to be updated in knowledge and cutting-edge orthodontic technology.

Technical:
Regarding "Doing", the graduate applies the theoretical and scientific bases to the development of clinical competencies to provide orthodontic and orthopedic care to healthy patients, with systemic commitment and with different capacities, giving specialized attention to the prevention and treatment of problems dental and craniofacial through inter and multidisciplinary work.
