The applicant to enter the Specialization in Pediatrics must have the following profile:
KNOWLEDGE
  • The doctor who begins the specialty in Pediatrics has a broad support in: human anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, anatomo-surgical, clinical, therapeutic pathology, basic Pediatrics, Gynecology-obstetrics, laboratory among others, which allow him to acquire the knowledge, skills and skills in the Pediatric Specialty.
  • Extensive knowledge of scientific methodology, epidemiological method, expertise in scientific writing.
  • As a transversal axis, professional ethics, professional ethics, it applies the ethics of minimums, maximums, in scientific research, bioethics with an emphasis on human rights, the origin and end of life; applies informed consent in training for pediatric education.
  • Fluent and adequate command of oral and written Spanish.
  • Comprehension and translation of the English language, level B1, that is to say: understand the main points of the text in situations of daily learning of the specialty, study or leisure.
  • He knows how to deal with situations that may arise during a trip in areas where English is practiced.
  • Is able to produce coherent texts on familiar topics of personal interest. Describe experiences, desires, aspirations or explain your plans.
