The race is raised as priority issues: promote the improvement of the quality of life and the achievement of mental well-being; develop institutional / organizational spaces to accompany the subject with the symptom of it; with access of the demanding population to psychological assistance; ensuring an excellent training of professionals in clinical psychology, with which to fulfill such purposes.

Foreign title: The Ecuadorian applicant or of another nationality who has obtained his bachelor's degree abroad, must legalize it at the respective Consulate of Ecuador and revalidate it at the Ministry of Education.
Visa: The foreign applicant must show the corresponding student visa or other migratory category and the registration card that proves their legal permanence in the country.
The student of foreign nationality approach the University Welfare Center and carry out procedures to obtain tuition and pension values.
